NEW YORK MESOTHELIOMA LAWSUIT ATTORNEY AND MARF DIRECTOR DISCUSS MESOTHELIOMA TREATMENT, EDUCATION AND RESEARCH

MARF has also raised money for mesothelioma research, obtaining appropriations from Congress in 2005 and 2006 totaling millions of dollars. Unfortunately, the United States Government is still not providing enough funding for mesothelioma education and treatment, particularly as compared to the current funding for other cancers. Many asbestos victims were exposed to asbestos in the Navy and at shipyards in the World War II and Korean War efforts, resulting in mesothelioma lawsuits in New York, as well as most cities in the United States. This country owes a debt of gratitude to the men and women who served and increased money for mesothelioma research should be allocated by Congress.
