The Asbestos exposure first occurred in New York decades ago while working as an electrician's mate at the Brooklyn Navy Yard where he worked aboard numerous ships including the USS Missouri, USS Dixie, and USS Shamrock. This mesothelioma victim was also exposed to Asbestos while later employed as a contractor working on commercial buildings in New York City. Asbestos exposure lawsuit was filed by LPK in the Supreme Court for the State of New York, which is located in downtown Manhattan. The New York Asbestos lawyers filed this mesothelioma lawsuit, against the companies responsible for the plaintiff's Asbestos exposure.
